About Jamie Straker:
Jamie is a Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism Coach and owner of JS Fitness.
She has a passion for educating people and motivating them to move their bodies in ways that empower them and make them feel strong throughout pregnancy, postpartum and beyond.
Jamie is a trained elementary school teacher, but after having two children she saw a need for educating women and creating fitness opportunities where women feel safe and strong in their bodies.
Jamie runs online and in person group fitness classes for pregnancy, postpartum and beyond in Kingston, Ontario, as well as courses to help you prepare for birth and return to exercise postpartum.

Erica Friedman is the founder of Erica Friedman Wellness, a small business dedicated to helping moms feel strong, confident, and powerful through movement. As a Certified Pre-& Postnatal Fitness Coach Erica creates fitness programming that prepares moms for pregnancy, labor, postpartum recovery, and the demands of #momlife.
Her goal is to equip you with the knowledge, strength, and function to heal, move well, and have the energy for the toughest job you'll ever love - motherhood. She offers 1:1 personal training and group training (virtually and in person in San Diego), with a focus on core + pelvic floor health and rehab, and a safe (re) introduction to movement postpartum.
Erica is also a mom to two boys, Micah and Benji.
